* Monthly estimate based on 4.33 weeks/month average. Part-time enrollment is available based on availability, and tuition remains the same as the full-time weekly rate because your child's space is reserved.

Sibling Discount
Families enrolling two or more children receive a 10% discounton the younger child's weekly tuition. The discount applies automatically when siblings are concurrently enrolled.
Financial Assistance
We accept Kansas Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) vouchers and work with families to explore subsidy options. Contact us confidentially to learn more about available support for your family.
Payment Policies
Billing Cycle
Tuition is due every Friday or Monday; confirm the schedule with our office. Late payments may result in a $25.00 fee.
Late Payment Fee
A $25 late fee is applied to accounts not paid on time. Please contact us if you need to make alternate arrangements.
Enrollment / Registration Fee
A $75 enrollment deposit is required before your child's first day. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel enrollment, but is credited toward your first week's tuition if your child attends.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal. Please confirm your preferred method with our office during enrollment.
Holiday & Closure Policy
The daycare closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas. A full list of closures will be provided annually. Emergency closures (illness, weather, power outages) will be communicated as soon as possible.
Withdrawal Policy
Parents must provide 2 weeks written notice if withdrawing their child. Provider may terminate care if policies are not followed or tuition is unpaid.
