Our Story
Little Dreamers Village was founded by Justice Lidsey-Beasley, a passionate early childhood educator and devoted caregiver with a simple yet powerful dream: to create the kind of daycare she'd always wished existed for every child in the community.
What began as a heartfelt mission has grown into a beloved care center serving families in Bel-Aire, KS - all while preserving the intimate, family-like atmosphere that makes Little Dreamers Village feel like a true home away from home.
We partner with the USDA Child Care Food Program (CACFP) to ensure every child receives nutritious, fresh meals each day. Our staff are CPR/First Aid certified and fully background checked, because your child's safety and well-being is our highest priority.
Today, Little Dreamers Village is a cherished community institution in Bel-Aire, KS. Our children grow in confidence, curiosity, and kindness - carrying those qualities with them as they venture into kindergarten and beyond.

Owner
Justice Lidsey-Beasley founded Little Dreamers Village with a heartfelt mission to create a nurturing village where every child feels loved, supported, and inspired to grow. She leads our team with passion and a deep commitment to quality early childhood care.
Dominique Beasley
Co-Owner
Dominique Beasley, Co-Owner of Little Dreamers Village, provides valuable support behind the scenes, helping guide the vision and continued growth of our home daycare. His role helps ensure a strong foundation, allowing our program to serve families with consistency, care, and purpose.
Janae
Preschool Lead Teacher
Janae, Preschool Lead Teacher at Little Dreamers Village, brings creativity and patience to our in-home preschool program. She is passionate about helping children build confidence, develop early learning skills, and prepare for kindergarten through engaging, hands-on activities.
Sasha
Toddlers and Twos Teacher
Sasha, Toddlers and Twos Teacher at Little Dreamers Village, brings a calm, patient presence and positive energy to our youngest learners. He focuses on creating a structured yet fun environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.
